Adam Todd, CFP®
Born September 6, 1974 in Houston, Texas, Adam was raised in
San Antonio, Texas. Throughout his childhood, Adam served as
the first test market for an innovative children's product
called ParentBanc. ParentBanc is a checkbook designed for
children to use in conjunction with their parents to provide
practical experience with money at a young age. This early
experience made an indelible impression on Adam's life as he
learned the value of saving and financial responsibility.
At Baylor University, Adam's desire to help teach these
valuable lessons to adults steered him to the business
school. In 1997, Adam graduated Baylor with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree with a major in Financial
Services.
Adam and his wife Jessica moved to Austin in 1997 when he
accepted a position with Financial Management Professionals.
Adam's career as a Financial Consultant gives him the
opportunity to work with individuals, families, and
businesses on their financial futures. In July of 1998, Adam
passed the Comprehensive exam for the Certified Financial
Planner™ (CFP®)
certification and fulfilled the other requirements to
earn the CFP® marks in June of 2000.
Adam and Jessica have a son, Colby, born August of 2001 and
a daughter, Addison, born March of 2004. Of their time
commitments, Adam and Jessica consider their membership and
service to their church most important. Adam has served on
various committees, leads a Men’s Bible Study Class, and
works as an usher. Outside of his family and career, Adam
enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
